So Ik you said I’m supposed to drink it days before my period, but my hormones have increased over the past few months, and my cycle is now shorter. I was supposed to get my period October 8, but I got it on the 1st (when I had exam). I drank the tea when I got home with a teaspoon of sugar because it was a little too strong for me without it. Drank it and went to lie down, in around 10 minutes or so the pain stopped… but it started again once I got up. So that cycle lasted 19 days which is crazy cause it’s usually like 26…. Once again, my period was supposed to come next week but instead it came yesterday. I wasn’t feeling any pain at all, so I didn’t drink it. I was just nauseous for the whole day. Overall though the tea didn’t taste bad and it did work. It smelled like regular bush mint, but it tasted like peppermint😭I figured if I had gone to bed, I wouldn’t feel the pain I did after getting up"
